What we do

Most calls are for one of these. If your job is a mix, say so on the estimate form and we'll price the whole thing.

01

Sprinkler systems

New systems and drip lines for new builds, plus repairs: heads, valves, control boxes, stop-and-waste and backflow work on systems that already exist.

02

Sod, grading and topsoil

Level the yard, bring in topsoil, lay sod. The usual order for a new house with a dirt lot.

03

Pavers, concrete and walkways

Paver patios and paths, poured and stamped concrete, gravel pads and park strips.

04

Retaining walls

Block walls for slopes, planters and property lines, old walls torn out and rebuilt.

05

Xeriscape and rock

Desert landscaping, rock beds and water-wise park strips that look finished and need no mowing.

06

Trees, shrubs and planting

Tree and shrub planting, pruning and removal, mulch beds and garden work.

07

Whole-yard design and build

Front or back yard from the dirt up, on one bid, with one person running it.

08

Lawn and landscape care

Seasonal maintenance for yards we built and yards we didn't.

About

4 Corners Landscaping is David Garcia's company, started in 2018 and based in West Valley City. It's a small crew, so the person who gives you the bid is the person on your yard.

We're licensed and insured in Utah and accredited by the BBB. Most of our work is new-construction yards and full remodels, with sprinkler repairs and smaller jobs in between. We serve Salt Lake and Tooele counties.

Cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Cash App accepted. Parts and labor on our installs carry a 12-month warranty.
